VILA is a subsidiary to Bestseller A/S. The company was established in 1994 and has its headquarters at a manor called Constantinborg in Ormslev west of Århus, Denmark. Around 120 are employed at the rapidly growing business. VILA must be able to see the new fashion trends, design new products, order at the suppliers and then distribute the products to the retailers and the consumers. VILA sells its products to both their own retail stores and to other stores in countries such as Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Ireland, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and France.
VILA A/S markets girls’ fashion wear in most of Europe, and the main target group is girls aged 20 to 35. It is a challenge in itself to supply clothes to this very fashion minded target group, as they change their wardrobe very often. 90 % of the clothes are forwarded to the retailers the day that they arrive at VILA. Therefore, VILA has very high demands to logistics, purchasing and product development. VILA has around 130.000 shipments a year that are handled by PNL, of which most of them is sent as CarryOn Business BulkSplit.

Actebis Computer Nordic is a distributor of IT and consumer electronics. Actebis markets its products through a network of resellers consisting of more than 5.000 businesses in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Actebis Computer Nordic, with headquarters and warehouse in Glostrup, Denmark, is represented with sales offices in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
Within the last couple of years Actebis has developed from a role as it storage & component distributor to today, where Actebis Computer Nordic is one of the largest broadline distributors in the region, with a broad covering product line within it and consumer electronics. This development has given Actebis a strong growth, and PNL handles around 100.000 shipments a year for Actebis Computer Nordic. Most of the shipments are sent as CarryOn Business BulkSplit, but Actebis also uses CarryOn Business and CarryOn Business Pallet.

Gudrun Sjödén Design AB is a manufacturer of colourful clothes in natural materials with a Nordic design along with various textiles for the home in the same unique design. Gudrun Sjödén sells its products through own retail stores and mail-order/internet in Sweden, the rest of the Nordic region and the central Europe and mainly in Germany and Great Britain. Gudrun Sjödén has a turnover of SEK 395 millions and employs 110 people in Sweden. The business was founded in 1976, and has it’s headquarter in Stockholm. The headquarters is placed in the part of Stockholm called Årsta. Gudrun Sjödén has retail stores in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmoe, Oslo, Copenhagen, Hamburg, Nürnberg, and Zirndorf!
Gudrun Sjödén Design has around 100.000 shipments per year with PNL. Parcels are shipped as CarryOn HomeShopping BulkSplit to consumers in the Nordic region and Great Britain. To the rest of the world CarryOn HomeShopping is used for single coli along with CarryOn Business Pallet. Surveillance with EDI and Tracking with Proof of Delivery (POD) gives full insight in the process.
