Now PNL´s receivers can return parcels within the Nordic countries
Today, Pan Nordic Logistics (PNL) launches ReturnService, four new products for returning parcels within the Nordic countries. With ReturnService, PNL makes it easy for their customers receivers to return their goods. The receivers can either return the parcels to the sender, or send them to another address in the receiving country. The same label is used regardless to which country the parcels will be returned.
PNL offers four kinds of ReturnService products. With CarryOn Business Return, companies can return parcels to other companies. CarryOn HomeShopping Return means return parcels from consumers to companies. The product CarryOn Business BulkReturn is consolidated shipments from business to business. The receivers send the parcels to a local address and the sender chooses when the parcels should be delivered. By collecting the parcels, PNL´s customers can lower their transport- and customs costs. The same advantages apply to CarryOn HomeShopping Return, which means consolidated return parcels from consumers to companies.
We want to offer efficient logistics solutions which provides added value for our customers and their receivers. Our four new ReturnService-products makes it easy to return parcels in the Nordic countries, says Benny Rhe Hansen, CEO at Pan Nordic Logistics.
PNL is owned by Post Norway and Post Denmark and and has operated on the market for more than three years. PNL has the most comprehensive distribution network in the Nordic region.
