Ring, and we will return parcels
Now, all PNL´s receivers in Denmark, Norway and Sweden can return their CarryOn Business-parcels to the sender without charge. Before, an agreement of regular pickup was necessary in order to use the ReturnService solutions. Now, an Ad Hoc Pickup is only a phone call away. PNL will print the label, pick up the parcels and charge their customer.

When PNL´s Danish, Finnish and Swedish customers have an agreement of regular pickup, their return parcels are picked up at the receiver along with the other shipments without charge. For customers without an agreement of regular pickup, PNL now offer the service Ad Hoc Pickup. Sender or receiver can easily order a pickup by phone or e-mail. PNL will pick up the return parcels the next day and charge their customer.

The service Ad Hoc Pickup has a fixed price and can be combined with CarryOn Business Return and CarryOn Business BulkReturn. Ad Hoc Pickup can be used when parcels are returned from Denmark, Norway and Sweden back to the sending country.
