If you are the sender of parcels and pallets in Sweden, Finland or Europe, please submit the information below. To make the process faster, please attach the trade invoice which asserts the value of the goods and pictures if the goods are damaged. As soon as we have registered your claim a confirmation letter will be sent to you. If you are a receiver of goods, please contact the sender.
