About Online services
PNL offers a number of Online Services which can facilitate the administration of your parcels and pallets. Below, you find further information on how the different services may help you in your daily work.
Tracking - Track your parcels and pallets to and from Sweden. This service is available to all customers. Insert your shipment- or package-ID in the Tracking box on the entry page of our website. To search for multiple parcels and pallets, choose Tracking in the menu under Online Services.
My PNL - My PNL is a number of services which can help you facilitate the administration of your parcels and pallets. You only need a PNL account number to obtain login credentials to My PNL. Read about the different My PNL services below.

Return Shipment - To return parcels you need a return label. To print one, use this link.
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) - If you do not use My PNL, we require that you to transfer package details via EDI, either from your own system or from one of the transport administrative systems on the market (e.g. Unifaun Online, EdiCom, Protrans, EDI-Soft, Logtrade and Centiro).
