My PNL
My PNL is a number of services which can help you facilitate the administration of your parcels and pallets. You only need a PNL account number to obtain login credentials to My PNL. Read about the different My PNL services below.
New Shipment - If you send parcels and pallets with PNL on a regular basis, this service will save you a lot of time. You can easily create and print your transport labels, maintain your own address book and create templates for simple reuse of information. You can also notify your recipient by e-mail, enclosing a link to Tracking.
New Return Shipment - Makes it easier for your customers to return parcels within the Nordic countries. Submit package-ID and create the transport label for the return parcel, or provide your customers with a code, which enables them to print the transport label for their return parcels. Please note that you need to use EDI or My PNL in order to return parcels. You can also create and print the transport label for the return parcels in New Shipment at the same time as you print the transport label for your outgoing parcel.
New Return Shipment (Bill Receiver) - With Bill Receiver, you can let your customers send parcels to you. If your customers are using My PNL, they can easily print a label in My PNL. Otherwise, you can print the label and send it by post to them. The procedure is the same as when you book a New Return Shipment. Just remember to mark No outbound package.
My Shipments - My Shipments is your archive from which all shipments can be retrieved for further administration. You can copy, delete and edit shipments and print multiple transport labels.
Address Book - Create your own address register with all your recipients, pickup addresses and return addresses. You can also easily import your existing address register.
Buy Labels - Buy blank labels to use when you print your address labels.
New Cargo Insurance - Order a Cargo Insurance for your parcel or pallet online.
My Cargo Insurances - Your archive from which all your ordered Cargo Insurances can be retrieved for further administration, e.g. printed or forwarded by e-mail.
Advanced Tracking - Combine several search criteria in order to retrieve the most recent information and statistics about your shipments, e.g. tracking events, addresses, references, weight, Proof of Delivery (POD). Please note that this service is only available when the shipments have been created in New Shipment or transmitted via EDI.
New Pickup - Order your pickups online instead of faxing or calling. Save your different pickup adresses in an address register.
My Pickups - Your archive from which all your ordered pickups can be retrieved for further administration. Create overviews of your pickups based on various criteria, e.g. period of time or destination. Copy, delete, edit, print and e-mail pickups.
New Waybill - Prepare and print your waybills and routing lablels for BulkSplit shipments online.
My Waybills - Your archive from which all your old waybills can be retrieved. Simplify your daily work and minimize the risk of errors by copying and reusing your waybills.
